Castleford Tigers can confirm that the Princess Street stand seating will be open on Friday against St Helens.
Castleford Tigers can confirm that the Princess Street stand seating will be open on Friday against St Helens.
Today, the council have been down to Wheldon Road for an inspection and are satisfied that the relevant measures are in place and have approved it’s opening.
The additional seats will go a long way to securing the additional stadium point as part of IMG’s grading process for the end of the season.
The front row will have a slightly restricted view for the rest of the season, with further improvements in the pipeline for the off-season to lower the railings. These seats will be unreserved and at no additional charge to sit in them. (General admission tickets will allow entry into the Princess Street stand.)
Please note, there will be no standing at the rear of the Princess Street stand.
